Unity Package Manager Location

I have a problem. It says "Read Only Asset Packages/com.unity.package-manager-ui/Editor/Resources/Images/Dark/Thumbs.db has no meta file." I know how i can fix the problem, but i can not find the directory. I saw somewhere, that the guy who asked the question, right clicked on the error, and he clicked on open in explorer. But i can not do that. I don't know why, maybe, i just don't understand what he did. Any Help?
