How do i enter sound from the phone MIC ?

hello, I'm working with unity 3D and Vuforia to fo augmented reality I wanted to know how to get a sound from the phone MIC to trigger an event, eg moving a cube after a clack sound of fingers. Is it possible and if yes how to do it ?
