How to make this GUITexture work.
I want it where the green bar will decrease as my health goes down. The red is the background the shield as you probably know is the outside. So I only want the green to move. So how I want this to work is I have a script that the enemy will shoot raycast and my guy gets hurt. Here's my hurt part in my health, if(isHit){ health -= 5.0f; SetHealthText(); isHit = false; } so I need it where when I get hit the green bar will go all the down if I get hit 20 times, wich will deduct the 5.0. I really need help with this. And thank you too.
I don't know any way to do this with GUI textures unless you want to directly modify the texture (not recommended). This graphic appears almost identical to the progress bar solution in this post:

Here is an alternate method:

Neither can be done with a GUITexture. Both are done with game objects. You may want to use a second camera as a way to display the meter in front and at a fixed location.

Also, if you make an animated texture and forward it a certain amount of frames every time the player is damaged, you will get a moving effect.
None of this stuff works for what I want to do. I also need to have it in C#. I just need it where the green will go down all the way if I'm hit twenty times. I'm not sure how to do that though.
