Change Movement Shortcuts in Editor

I don't like Unity's choice of ALT + MOUSE-1 for orbit or MOUSE-3 for pan (move). Or any of the movement shortcuts, really.

They're not available to change under Edit > Shortcuts, as far as I can tell. Where can I change them?
