unitycar2.1 mobile vs axis car controller

Hi all, I have got the unityCar2.1 and now I am going to make it available on Android so I change the axis car controller into the mobile Car Controller where they are given in the package. However, the script is automatically switch back to axis car controller when it starts!! Is there anything that I have to do or I have missed?
