How do I move all of my Unity to a new Computer. Downloaded packages and all

My computer crashed and my harddrive became useless as far as OS and Windows startup. So I took it out, got a new harddrive, install Windows 7 to it, and now the computer works again. Its the same machine but a new harddrive, so what I need to know is how do I extract ever part of the of my Unity to the new harddrive.
