How do i create a realistic ocean in unity, including buyancy, underwater effect, textures, all the things of an ocean?
This open-ended, mulit-layer question is not really suited for UA, you should post this in the UA Forums.
When it comes to questions like these, you'll want to do some google work first. Look up other Unity projects, packages on the asset store, etc. This simply is to big a question to ask on here.
Note that "Unity free" is irrelevant, since there are no engine features in the pro/plus licenses that don't exist with the free license. Do a google search for "unity ocean" or related, and post here again if you have any specific questions that wouldn't require writing a dissertation to answer.
