MonoDevelop 4 - EU Keyboard and Themes

Hello.

Every time I am forced to work with Unityscript I just want to rip off my hair because of this beautiful piece of software.

The most obvious problem is that it doesn't support EU keyboard. You can't type curly braces { }. I tried clearing all keybindings but that didn't fix the issue.

Secondly I couldn't find a way to change the editor theme in MD 4. It works on the earlier versions though. The whiteness really gets to me, and I don't see coding with sunglasses as a solution.

There probably is no feasible fix for these, if that is the case, can you suggest a better editor with similar functionality?
