Default terrain Texture extremely blurry in existing project
Can anyone tell me why assigning a simple grass texture makes the terrain very blurry?

This is a simple terrain that was created, I attached this texture to it - http://i.imgur.com/oI0PAiI.png
I set the tiling to 5 just to test it, but I can't see anything but a dark green color. I've tried adjusting of the terrain inspector settings but they don't make a difference. If I make a new project it shows up normally.
Has anyone seen this before? Did I mess up some global shader somewhere?
If this is a custom texture, look at its properties vs. one of the default Unity terrain textures in Inspector and note/adjust any obvious differences.
It's doing this for all textures, even Unity built in textures.
