It keeps saying Internal Compiler error. See console log for details. What do I do?

I don't know what the console log is or what is causing the error please help. I think it is something to do with the monodevelop. When I try to edit a script e.g. c# it says "Error while updating status of command: MonoDevelop.Ide.Commands.ProjectCommands.Run." "
