climbing ladders script, help

hi, i new in unity and programing and making projact, i make a script whits let my climb ladders and change animation while its climbing

so its doesnt working, and i dont know or its will work with animation, i using defoult 3rd person controller of unity, also its be great to change the drfoult animation and add more extra climb animation couse im using run instead. pls fix mine script and explayn what i did wrong.

also i dont know how to make camera shake while climbing, and i allso dont know or its will climb until i holding e button... :) im jus started learning unity java script in few days and just take some glue to connect few scripts from web... sorry for bad english
