resolution on android

how to desing game for andrroid, and scale it for it. Do I need to make it 16:9 or 9:16, I am confused about that. also different device have different resolution, I have never done this, so If some device is 16:8 and other 16:10, will that affect object size and position, and how to fix that?

Anyway I have found out. Just needed to switch to the android device.
