iOS build is leaving out resources

The app has a few JSON files that are the data for building the scene. They're not getting included in the Xcode project. They're definitely in the right place - the app works running in the editor, but by the time the Xcode project is created they're nowhere to be found. I thought everything in the Resources folder was automatically included.
