[ProBuilder] Extrude circle-like shape from cube

So I'm making a VR dungeon-crawler game and one of the rooms is basically the "Floor is Lava" game that everyone plays as kids. What I would like to do is extrude circles into the ProBuilder cube that I am using as the lava so that, in the end, it looks a bit like Swiss cheese (to give y'all a visual). I don't want to have to find/create a texture for it, as the style of the game is primarily flat colors (so most of my materials just use the HDR picker) and this method, if possible, would be the easiest.

Is this at all possible? If so, how would I go about this?
