Help with having my friends download my games?

I've made a few games for Unity 3d, and everytime I try to send it to them I have to send them the _Data and the .exe, and when I don't send the _Data it doesn't let them play. Is there a way to avoid this and only send them 1 file?

Zip the .exe and the data folder into one file.
