How to make paint coloring game in unity and COLOR specific part of image

Hi. i am absolute beginner in Game development i am stuck on 1 thing how to COLOR specific part of image I have this image Reference Image

A small character Doraemon , My target is when i click on head , only head color is changed and when i click on one of leg legs color is changed

I don't know how to achieve this .

i knew Place different collides on head, legs , eyes etc But Don't know how to only change Eyes colors, head color
