Can I have two license of Unity Pro on one Unity account and use it by two person an the same time (one license for one person)?
And I have extra question: When I buy asset from "Asset Store" can I use it on two Unity license (at the same account) or should I buy them separetly?

Yes you can, as you import your asset after you buy and download, you can export your asset as a package and save it somewhere on you hard drive.
Now you can have you package on a usb and copy it on your other pc where your second license is.
Just import the package and enjoy.
And for your other question: Can I have two license of Unity Pro on one Unity account.
Just make an another unity account, nothing prevents that.
I don't see any reason having two licenses for a single user, if an another person will use the second license on another pc, then simply make a separate account for the second user.
