Unity - Can't work on Win7?

Question

Hi,

Just downloaded latest version 3.4.2 and 3.4.1 on 2 Win7 OS (64bit) and both failed to open , any suggestions what could be the problem. Did'nt get any warning in the installation.When i double click the unity Icon i get no response.
