How to use publisher account??

I have successfully made a customer account and publisher account named 'Curio Games CG' and after making publisher account it shows you have successfully made a publisher account and showed the dashboard of publisher account but when i tried to log in it and sell products next it says even when i have a publisher account

And when i try to log in through asset store tools it shows where the package button is accessible. Please Help
