I'm a noob. How to build a game?

I have learnt C/C++ and some basic about OOP and C#. Will learn everything from the tutorial is all i need to build a game or do i need to learn some other stuffs?

Unless the game you're making is an exact replica of the tutorial you're following, you'll need to learn some other stuffs :)
