sharedmaterial.fricion behaivior in actual game
I recently started working on a 2D project refining the movement system.
I noticed that the Character gets stuck on walls when you move against them in the air. To work against that i used "my Rigidbody Component".sharedMaterial.friction = 0f / 1f; (depending on my grounded state) to let the Character slip of walls but stay still on slopes.
I noticed that the defined material keeps the values after i stop playtesting.
Has anybody already tested how it behaves after cooking the game/Do i have to worry about it or does it reset itself after unloading.
