PS Vita Unity Master File Build Error: Help?

Hi guys! I have been experiencing some difficulties with my Unity Editor for PS Vita, more specifically, my Publishing Utility for Unity. Every time I change the Application ID to what I want, and try to build my project as a master file, this error screen comes up:

Then, I go back to my Publishing Utility for Unity, which is blank of all the information I have put into it. I then load up the app.xml with the information on it. I am confused! Can someone help me?
