Character falling when moving with tilt (android)

Hi, We are making a game in class. We have an issue where the character will fall through the 3DSMax created terrain when we move with our tilt code (Javascript). We can run around the world just fine with the keyboard. If anyone fixed this issue please post! I would post the script,but its every long.

The script is the important part. If you can isolate the Input lines and the lines that actually move the character that might be enough.
