measuring performance on android
Hi,
I am currently trying to root out some device-specific performance issues with my game. The issue does not repro at all when I play the game through the editor, and seems to exhibit some hardware-dependent characteristics.
I saw this page (http://unity3d.com/support/documentation/Manual/iphone-InternalProfiler.html) linked from a related thread about performance measurement on iOS devices, but I didn't see one in the manual that pertains to Android.
I'm looking at device events in DDMS, but these aren't really telling me much. It's just a stream of logcat output. Is there some sort of "built-in profiler" for Android that I can leverage here?
Thanks,
Tom
