Sprite texture flickering.
I'm sorry I wasn't specific with my title, it's just that this problem is hard for me to describe even though it may actually be a simple or common problem. Again, I can't describe it well but I can provide screenshots.
The problem here is the tiny spaces between the textures, yes those are separate textures for the lighting. I assembled the building together with the textures using Sprite Renderes and found that I had to be detailed with the size and position when aligning the sprites. I should also note that I'm using two cameras, one for the background only, the other for the rest. Any help on this would be very appreciated.
i couldnt see an error on the pics, i could just see a gap next to the stairs.
That is actually my problem, when ever I move the player around the gaps appear and disappear, it's very irritating.
ok so you imported the entire building as a model with different submeshes with textures on them. that could be a source of the trouble already.
and you are using 2 cameras for an orthoganal view. why 2? how are you viewing 2 cameras on one perspective?
only fast fix without knowing the problem is remake the model with dark panels at back of building where it can have cracks.
only probs i know about in unity like that is FP errors with code with big numbers in it. and perhaps import model errors. normal planes with textures never do that in unity. not from that view angle imo.
