Texture Won't Display Correctly on Plane ?
I'm working on a 3D Menu for a MMO (Planned for 2015, using the Occulus Rift and Datagloves) and I'm having issues with getting a texture to display correctly on a plane. On other shapes (such as a cube) it displays fine. I've included a couple images below. Let me know if you have any ideas why this could be happening. Thanks :)
The texture: You can really see due to the background of the unity site, but the first half inch of the texture is white. Starting directly underneath this line.
How it is displaying on a plane (Diffuse-Transparent):
I cannot reproduce your problem. Your texture works fine for me, both on a Plane and a Quad (not that it should make any difference). I used Unity's Transparent/Diffuse shader.
