Invalid serialized file header

Hi,

I've recently been getting this error

 Invalid serialized file header. File: "Assets/Scenes/Aridia/Scene 1.unity".

I can't figure out whats wrong with this. All that I did was restart my computer. I have lost a lot of work because of it. Has anyone else been able to fix it?
