Change Pivot of bones

I got rigged animated model of skeleton from AssetsStore (free pack). And im trying to rotate his chest with simple input.mousePosition script. That works fine with any GameObject. But this one got wrong pivots. Normaly i can attach object to empty one and work with parent. But i can't do it with rig, cause of animation.
