tweak animated character joints angles at runtime

Hello,

I switch between character animations with AnimatorController, as usual, but I'd like to keep control over the joints quaternions angles from script too. It seems the animation won't let me override and tweak body parts joints angles.

Does that mean that I should tweak animation parameters instead?
