Mecanim Root Motion + Networking
Hi,
I'm working on a networked game which uses Mecanim for animation. I want to use root motion for moving the characters, but I'm not sure how well that works with networking.
How could this be implemented? Does anyone know of any example projects or other sources?

It a networked demo that uses root motion for character movement, but frankly it doesn't look very good. It it far too laggy, and the interpolation is too noticable in my opinon.
If anyone has had some positive results with root motion over the network, please let me know.

This location has links to a multiplayer GTA controller which might be better than the Vostopia demo.
