Open Unity and go to Help > About Unity to see your current version and license.
If you have not purchased Pro version, then you are either on trial or you have a pirated version. Keep note that the darker window colors means you're using a Pro version, while light grey means you're using the Free (Indie) version.

Well, i'm not exactly sure, but, what do you mean by "pro tolls"? If you mean the packages, you can still import then in the free version, but a few scripts won't be avaliable. Things like the Profiler window is Pro-exclusive, if you are using the Free version, you won't even be able to open the window for the profiler.

I guess you're afraid to be charged automatically after the trial ends? That won't happen, it will switch to Unity Free without any fees.
