Cutout plane effect on multiple meshes?
I'm sure something already exists for this, but I'm having a hard time finding it. Maybe I'm not searching for the right thing.
Basically, if you've tried the body demo in The Lab (SteamVR game) - I want something like the plane in that. A plane that I can drag across a model, that hides everything; of that/those mesh(es); on one side of the plane, and shows everything on the other side of the plane.
I hope you understand what I mean :)

I havent look at The Lab demo but I was looking for that thing myself and after some very bad trying I found a nice tutorial that does that with shaders. If you are not interested in the technical aspects there is the unitypackage in the github.

Tahnks for your answer! This looks like exactly what I need, and I might find some other use for it. Unfortunately, as mentioned, I need to do this to many meshes at once. Doesn't seem like a feasible task using that script :(
Okay so thanks to you, I realised I needed to search for clipping plane, and found a free shader thingy, and a not-free shader thingy. I'll try them in order, but they both look good! Thanks :)
