Is there any way of rectifying this?

Your image resolution is not a power-of-two so by default it will be rescaled to the closest power-of-two resolution.
For best performance and compatibility your textures should have a power-of-two size (32, 64, 128, 512, 1024, ...)
Alternatively you can choose to I!port the texture as non power-of-two texture. Though older hardware might not support them and the performance might be worse.
Your image is clearly scaled. How \ where do you use the image? If the image is up or downscaled only by a few pixels you get such a result. We can't tell you how to fix your problem since we don't know what you did \ how you used it in your game.
Here are my import settings if it helps. I am simply using the sprite as an asset for a tilemap
