Is there a way to make your robots from the FPS tutorial fire upwards and downwards?

Well that about pretty much asked my question in the title lol. I;ve been using the robots from the FPS tutorial and I'm wondering if there is a way to have them fire downwards say from a guard tower or upwards if they spot you on higher ground, right now they just seem to fire their missiles level. I thought maybe it was "Attack Angle" but I could not tell if that was doing anything. I had one guy fire upwards once but I think he shot his gun just as he got blasted by a grenade lol.
