When is audio file loaded to memory
Hello everybody,
I have several audio sources serving as Audio Channels. Each one is being instructed to play based on different situations in the game.
Now, since I am at the performance tuning stage, I am wonding - does anyone know when is the audio file loaded into memory (or when does it start to take significant system resources)?
More specifically:
If the scene contains an audio source with Play on Awake disabled - will the file be loaded to memory immediately? Or (hopefully) only when it is first asked to play?
