IK First Person SteeringWheel

So I'm Making a Vehicle game.. That has the cockpit view only. I really like having hands on the wheel for a more Realistic look.. I have arms that are rigged. I have tryed Several IK Chain Scripts found throughout the Community & None Seem to work. Is there a easier way to achieve this? Or At Least some Information on why i can't get this to work?
