(GIF attached) Generic Type animation play accurately while Humanoid Type offset
Generic Animation Type On the LEFT and Humanoid Type On the Right
The desired animation is the generic one. You can see the cape on her shoulder (light green) isn't quite right. Skin weight is set to Unlimited which should solve the problem but it's not. Please let me know how to manage the humanoid animation to work exactly as generic animation?

My first guess is that these vertices, without clear designation, are defaulting to root (hip) bone. And that makes them move with the body, but not the neighboring bones.
