InApp purchases allowed with Personal Edition?

Hey guys I am working as personal developer in my free time so I use Personal edition.
My Question is if I am allowed to implement in-app purchases in my game and making the game available for people to download. I am asking this because in 5.4b Personal edition there is even an option to implement the package directly through the services window and so I thought that if they even put this there in the PersEd, maybe it is not illegal.
