Export Animation from 3ds Max as .fbx file
Hey guys,
I have a simple 3ds Max Model which is an editable Poly and just animated with keyframes. If i export my model as .fbx file, Unity doesnt import the animations.
Is there any special setup i have to do?
Thanks in advance.

Unity can't do vertex animations (not without a special tool like Mega-Fiers) so if your model in Max isn't set up using bones then it won't animate in Unity. You need to skin the model to a skeleton, biped, or simple bones in Max before importing it to Unity, and then your animations will appear.
If you need more info than that just ask.
Thanks for the informations Jak :) I just added a few simple bones and now it is working perfect.
