Underwater effects with Unity pro?

Hey guys, I know this is a huge ask but I would like to know if anyone has it in their heart to whip up a "UnderwaterEffect" script? I have Unity pro and i would like to chuck effects such as "screen overlay", "fog", "blur", "Sun shafts", "color correction" e.c.t Actually, there seems to be a large hole in the market (asset store) for a good underwater effect asset! if you made up a complex script that allows for both Indi and Pro image effects. Money could be made guys! any way, help is very much appreciated, Thank in advance :)
