Transparent dots and lines appear on my cubes

I have a scene with a bunch of cubes together with no spaces in between and a single directional light, and whenever I play my scene strange dots and lines on the objects turn transparent for 1 frame. I tried turning up the 'Clipping Planes' on the camera, and it help allot, but it doesn't remove them completely.

For the sake of the picture I cranked down the 'Clipping Planes' to make it more obvious.
