Prefab position in hierarchy

Dear all,

I have a simple scene with a terrain, a directional light and a prefab, containing a camera. When I drag and drop the prefab into the hierarchy windows, it automatically brings it at the bottom of the list. I can't drag the prefab and to place it at the top of the hierarchy. Do you have any idea why ?
