FunkyGlowingThingsEffect fix for inverted y on Windows
I picked up the Shader Replacement sample project from the Unity resources page. In general, the effect I've gotten looks great; but under Windows (with DX10), the effect on the FunkyGlowingThings is flipped vertically (ie, effects that should be at the top of the screen are at the bottom and vice versa). Has anyone found a fix or know what I should change to negate this effect?

This was an issue introduced in 2.6 and has to do with anti aliasing and Post Processing effects conflicting under DirectX. If it's in their example project it really shouldn't have this issue, however you should try re-importing the Pro Standard Assets folder, and if that fails, check this question here. It should have details on all the possible solutions.
Thanks for the link. We tried it out on other machines (without any changes) and it looked fine, so it looks like it might be a card/driver issue. Still, thanks for the info.
