mipmap option gone in unity 3.1????
I am facing this trouble in unity 3.1 Previously in unity 2.5, whenever we import an fbx with textures on it, they show UV seams from a distance and as close as you get to the mesh, the seam slowly disappears. I used to turn off the "generate mipmaps" option in unity 2.5 and that fixed the problem always. But now in unity 3.1, that "generate mipmaps" attribute is gone???? Please tell me if that option is still available but in some other place? Answers much appreciated in advance. Thanks.

In the Texture Type pulldown, change it to Advanced, then it'll look pretty similar to the 2.6 importer
