How to access StreamingAssets files in Native Client?

Trying to figure if it's possible (and if so, how) to access files in the StreamingAssets folder at runtime in the native client? Is this even possible or do I need to have any non-packaged data on a web server somewhere and use WWW? Any sample code would be GREATLY appreciated!
