need help with the unity default player prefab
after a lot of researching, I decided that making my own player movement script is best saved for another day but, I'm making a game where your goal is to press a button as fast as possible and since I want the player to be ready there is a countdown timer at the start. The problem is that I can't disable the script because it does not detect it when I try to make a variable of the type PlayerMovement (The name that I gave the script and yes I did change the class name in the script to that too) thanks in advance for the help.

which script you want to disable,what it does not detect ??
I've tried to declare variables similar to this
public Player$$anonymous$$ovement P$$anonymous$$;
void start { P$$anonymous$$.enable = false; }
but it says that Player$$anonymous$$ovement isn't detected.
Yes it will say that because I guess Player$$anonymous$$ovement is script and you might drag script from project window but you need to drag the gameobject which has player$$anonymous$$anagement script from scene or hierarchy window to inspector then it will disable the script of that gameobject.
