How do I import a non-native image format so Unity recognizes it?
I'm working on an importer for OpenFlight files (better than UFLT can do), and I want the Inspector in Unity to recognize the SGI image files (.rgb, .rgba, .int, .attr, .bw, etc.) as any other texture format, and display the previewer and image options. I have the images right now loading properly into a Texture2D, so what do I need to get them so the inspector can display them?
