How to make a Script So that my Player Run As Soon as One Hits Play

Hello Everyone I am New To Unity And Wanted To make A Game SO That When Game Starts It Runs Like It Happens In Temple RUn Or Something Like that of Sort Also i want TO know How To return back To The Animation Because When My Player jumps It Stays With That Animation Only
