HELP! Unity 4.3 Crashes while importing small assets
So I just upgraded my Unity from 4.2.0 to 4.3 yesterday. After the installation complete, I launch unity and upgrading my project, it's all fine, but when I want to open another project, I upgrading my project without backing up (I forgot). The upgrading progress was fine, but when it says Importing Small Assets and then it crashed. I reopen it and it always appear.
Today, I try to open my project that has been successfully upgraded yesterday, and now it crashes while loading Unity. It crashed while Unity is loading the Unity Layout (It's like all white, only project, assets and inspector are visible)
Please help me
Thanks for the answers
I have the same problem, and I have submitted a bug report.
Symptoms:
White screen (Everything but inspector, console, and project view (Which update on startup)) followed by crashing
Letters in material names vanishing in inspector
$$anonymous$$AJOR shadow acne (all settings tested)
$$anonymous$$onodevelop will not open scripts
Warning(s) about shaders not able to be referenced, even on blank projects
Unity default primitives vanish altogether, leaving colliders but no visible mesh.
Re-installing does not help and I cannot work at all with this happening. Any help at all is appreciated. Thanks.

Yup, I am experiencing the issue during the import. Luckily the whole thing isn't crashing. That is probably because whatever asset is the problem I am not using.
I would like a solution to this because i get a bunch of warning on standard assets that I would like to update so they go away.
