I keep getting Windows Script Host Error

I have installed Unity 4.1.5 f1. However I am not able to run scripts. The Edit > Preferences>External Tools option is correctly selected to Monodevelop and I have also disabled the Windows Script Host after which the Script Host error does not come but the script still does not run.
